Business Review
Clinical Mock Survey
Fire Door Inspection

Does it seem like your operating costs are spiraling out of control?

Does your community have a revolving door for employees?

Do you spend all of your time just putting out fires?

Let us conduct a Business Review to help you identify a Road-map for Success.

  • By reviewing financial information and comparing it to our set of industry accepted bench-marking, we can show you opportunities for cost savings.

  • By reviewing your vendor relationships and purchasing patterns we can show you potential efficiency and cost savings opportunities.

  • Through observation and inquiry of your community we can recommend processes to optimize outcomes.

An extra set of unbiased eyes can be crucial in early identification of system errors, which can provide the time necessary for correction. By bringing in a clinician who is experienced with the survey process as well as the day to day operations of long-term care communities, you are investing time and resources in being proactive, rather than reactive.

Smoke, Fire, and Egress doors play a key role in building safety. To help protect property and save lives, these doors must operate when called upon. New Paradigm Solution can assist your community with its legal obligation to maintain compliance with IBC, IFC, NFPA 80, NFPA 101 & NFPA 105 codes.

Why Be Proacive?

  • Protect the people in your facility.

  • Avoid potential liability issues.

  • Avoid potential Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) fines from non-code compliant openings.

  • Locate doors that have been altered and compromise the safety of building occupants.

  • Ensure that an opening’s components have been installed properly and function as intended.

  • Provide an opportunity for maintenance personnel or contract employees to learn the proper installation procedures of fire rated openings.

The inspection consists of five components:

  • Pre-inspection coordination meeting

  • Visual inspection

  • Functional test

  • Component inspection

  • Written opening inspection report
